Initial design is drawn up and presented for your approval and suggestions. Rough estimate provided for Canaan's part of the project including interior construction, cabinetry, countertops and shower glass. We then provide quotes for the work that will be subcontracted to others including tile, plumbing fixtures/labor, electrical and painting. Alternatively, you can select and coordinate with subcontractors on your own.
You will choose your cabinetry door style, finish and any accessories and hardware in our showroom. You may choose your countertop from our array of samples or visit our countertop fabricators to view entire slabs of stone.
Plumbing fixtures and towel bars are typically selected at a plumbing supply warehouse and billed thru the plumber. Tiles are selected from a tile supplier and installed by the same company or a general contractor of your choice. The electrician will have you select your lighting fixtures and invoice you directly for the installation. We will ask for a deposit to order cabinetry and reserve time for your installation.
Week one we tear out and dispose of your old bathroom. Then we provide any interior wall construction needed for the design. Week two is reserved for tile installation. Week three we install cabinetry and schedule the countertop and shower glass templates. Week four includes countertop installation and plumbing hook up. Shower glass is delivered approximately 2-3 weeks after the template is created.

We are loving our master and hall bathroom renovations. Each are lovely and Neal's design work made them possible.L&R from Doylestown, PA
This master bath became a bright and inviting room with multiple mirrors, painted cream cabinets and a large window. The dark emperador marble vanity top brings a classic beauty to this space.
The curb-less shower with frameless glass door and oil-rubbed bronze hardware modernize this bathroom. The glass accent border and large porcelain tiles are easy to maintain and attractive to the eye.
This hall bathroom is small in size but large in efficiency. It provides plenty of storage with wall cabinets next to the sink and the cabinet visible in the mirror. Who doesn't love storage space?
